Where is the winery located?

  • Clos LaChance is located in San Martin California which is between Morgan Hill and Gilroy and only 30 minutes south of San Jose. Address: 1 Hummingbird Lane, San Martin, CA, 95046

How long will it take for an order placed online to ship?

  • Online orders can take up to 48 hours to process and an additional 24 hours to ship out. Please note that this is just an estimate and can change depending on the schedule of the office.  

Once my order ships, how long will it be until it is delivered?

  • All orders are shipped directly out of the winery, located in California. Shipments being delivered to California addresses will take 1-2 business days to arrive. All orders being shipped West of AZ will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days. All orders being shipped between Illinois to Texas will take 4-5 business days to arrive. All states East of Illinois will take 5-7 business days to arrive. These are strictly estimates and can vary. The email address attached to the order will be attached to the UPS tag, allowing customers to track their order once it has shipped out. Why is the shipping on my order so expensive?

  • Wine by nature is both heavy and fragile, making shipping and packaging very important. Clos LaChance is responsible for making sure all orders are processed and shipped both efficiently and safely. This requires special packaging, supplies and labor, all of which impacts the final pricing.
